RDIF: Maldives registers Russian coronavirus vaccine Sputnik V

MOSCOW, May 13 (PRIME) -- The Maldives has registered the Russian vaccine against the coronavirus Sputnik V, becoming the 65th state to have registered the vaccine, the Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF) said in a statement Thursday.

"Thus, Sputnik V has been registered in 65 countries with total population exceeding 3.2 billion people. The registration was carried out in the framework of the accelerated procedure of emergency use authorization, (EUA)," the RDIF said.
